Headline: 2017, the 9^th Year of Active Aging Learning: The Presentation of Beyond Learning    

Facing an aging society, the Ministry of Education has promoted active aging learning since 2008. It encourages each townships, cities and districts to set up its own active aging learning center and the elderly can participate in those courses nearby and fulfill their lives. It is the 9^th year since the policy was launched and therefore, the department held “the 9^th Year of Active Aging Learning: The Presentation of Beyond Learning” in our event center auditorium of the National Chung Cheng University on 10^th of November 2017. The event was to encourage participants to create excellent active aging learning centers with creative teaching models and to inspire new values of lives in the elderly, including learning, prevention, preparation and contribution and to help them pursue the goal of lifelong learning.
