Professors Ai-Tzu Li and Hui-Chuan Wei of the department of the Adult and Continuing Education, publish an international book on senior education with Waikato University in New Zealand

Taiwan's senior learning movement

Professors Ai-Tzu Li and Hui-Chuan Wei collaborated with Honorary Professor Brian Findsen of Waikato University in New Zealand to co-edit an international book on senior education titled "Taiwan's Senior Learning Movement". The book has passed the review and is highly representative of senior education literature with a focus on Taiwan's senior learning while connecting works of scholars and practitioners from major aging countries in East Asia. This is the first international book that highlights Taiwan's senior education as its core theme. Starting from senior learning, the book invites international scholars who are interested in lifelong learning for the elderly to explore together. After more than two years of effort, the book has been reviewed and accepted by a well-known international publishing company, and has been included in the "Lifelong Learning Book Series". It was officially published on March 16th, 2022.
