Career Direction

According to the Ministry of Labor, master students possess certain extent of professional knowledge, skills, and ability to make decisions and judgement within three to five years after their graduation and their jobs are meeting the Level 4 of the Occupational Competency Standard. This means, they can independently conduct and manage their works, which require experience and skills, under little supervision in variable and unconventional situations.

They can work in the following organizations as professional talents:

1. Teaching and planning trainings and planning and promoting active aging in public and private organizations or non-profit organizations, for example, working in active aging learning centers or medical organizations as lecturers, sports instructors, or planning commissioners

2. Operation and management of public and private institutions or non-profit organizations, such as education, health and welfare. Graduates can work in universities for senior citizens, senior citizens academies, or senior housing and nursing homes as middle-level of management (such as, directors, team leaders, director generals, etc.)
