According to the Ministry of Labor, undergraduate students possess certain extent of professional knowledge, skills and judgement within three to five years after the graduation and their jobs are meeting the Level 3 of the Occupational Competency Standard. This means, they are able to independently finish their works under general supervision in some variable and unconventional situations. They can work in the following fields as professional talents: 1. Human resources development and education and training planning in public and private sectors: for example, working in human resources department of corporates, continuing education centers in universities, or personnel training units as education trainers, instructional designer, training planning specialist. 2. Planning and implementing educational projects for community organizations, for example, working in community development associations, community colleges, private cultural or educational foundations as community planners, community builders, project planners or executive secretary. 3. Planning and implementing educational projects for senior, health, welfare and other institutions, such as, lecturers or courses design and educational administration planners in active aging learning centers, universities for the elderly, senior citizens academies, or senior housing and nursing homes. |
