I. Position and Vacancy One full-time faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor or above.

II. Qualifications

• A doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Adult Education or related fields from a domestic or overseas university.

• Specialization in Organizational Development, Organizational Management, and Organizational Leadership within the field of Human Resource Development (HRD).

• Proficiency in teaching in English; the candidate must be capable of offering at least one English-taught course (EMI) every semester.

III. Expected Start Date February 1, 2027 (The actual date of appointment is subject to the university's administrative and recruitment procedures).
